Do you want to get started with your training but do not really know where to start. This is a service for you who want to get started with your training. Regardless of what your goals are and where you train, whether it is at home or at the gym, we can be helpful with an individualized training plan and guidance based on diet. The service includes a tailored trainingprogram as well as coaching and guidance based on diet. We coaches are available at all times for questions and all exercises come with videos and clear instructions.
SCULPTERAFITNESS ONLINE - 3 MOUNTHS 680 USD
Sculpterafitness -3 mounths includes an individual diet plan plus a tailored training program for a 3-month period. The program is completely tailored to your goals regardless of whether the goal is to lose weight. muscle growth or just better health in general. All exercises are accompanied by clear videos and instructions from us coaches and we are always available for questions and coaching. We regularly adjust the diet and exercise program to see if any adjustments are needed.
The special package includes the same as in the online service Sculptera fitness, but in addition it also includes conversations with us coaches every other week based on health and well-being based on the MI method. No matter what your concern is, we will look at it together and try to find solutions and strategies to deal with it in the best way.
INDIVIDUAL DIET 145 USD
Regardless of whether you eat vegetarian, gluten-free or any other form of special diet, we coaches creates a tailored diet that is optimal for your goals, conditions and needs. The diet schedule is laid out over a four-week period. After the 4 weeks, you start again on week 1 in the same diet schedule. This service does not include coaching and adjustments, but we of course answer questions and are helpful in the meantime.
TAILOR-MADE TRAINING PROGRAM 145 USD
The training program is created based on your goals and conditions and is planned for a 6-week period. After the 6 weeks, you can either start again in week 1 in the same training schedule or buy a new updated training schedule. This service does not include coaching and adjustments, but we of course answer questions and are helpful in the meantime.
CHALLENGES WITH COACH ANGELICA
Train together online. Exercise is always fun with others. I have therefore chosen to create a few different challenges with a slightly different focus. A challenge means that you, together with others with the same choice of challenge, train according to the training program you have chosen. In the meantime, you have access to a facebook group where I post all training sessions week by week. I am also constantly available for questions and coaching. Below you can read about the different options.
CHALLENGE BAS 4 WEEKS 98 USD
This is a challenge for those of you who are not so used to strength training. Here the focus is on mobility training, stability training and technical training with slightly lighter weights. We mainly go through all the basic exercises. Here you will have a good foundation to stand on and can continue with any of the other challenges I have. To participate, you need access to a gym and you need to be able to train at least two to three times a week.
CHALLENGE HYPERTROPHY/ENDURANCE 4 WEEKS 98 USD
This is a challenge with a focus on endurance. To participate, you need access to a gym and the opportunity to train at least two to three times a week.
CHALLENGE STRENGTH AND MAX 6 WEEKS 110 USD
This is a challenge with a focus on strength and muscle growth. To participate, it is required that you are injury-free and have either participated in Challenge Bas or have experience of strength training and are confident in the technique. You need access to a gym and the opportunity to exercise at least two to three times a week.

This is a challenge with a focus on explosive training. This is a challenge for you who prefer to train at home. No tools are needed, but if you have and want to use it, it works well. All exercises come with video and different execution depending on whether you want to use tools or not. The training is based on the same progression training as in my other challenges.
